Jinjer Inc., provider of the integrated human resources and labor system “Ginger,” is pleased to announce that its cloud-based attendance management system “Ginger Attendance” has begun collaborating with “MaLionCloud,” an information leakage prevention + IT asset management/MDM service provided by Intercom Inc.
In recent years, against the backdrop of IPO (Initial Public Offering) screening and societal demands, companies are being asked to implement stricter labor management practices than ever before. However, with the diversification of working styles, such as the spread of teleworking, many companies have found it difficult to grasp “hidden overtime,” which is the discrepancy between the time clocked in and the actual hours worked. It is difficult to grasp the actual situation based on employee reporting alone, and there are many cases where companies are at risk of compliance violations.
This collaboration has been reached in order to resolve these issues and support companies in creating an environment where employees can work with greater peace of mind.

This collaboration will enable employees’ attendance information managed by “Ginger Attendance” to be imported into “MaLionCloud.” “MaLionCloud” records detailed PC operation logs (first log time, last log time, etc.). By comparing this PC log with the time-stamp data from “Ginger Attendance,” it will be possible to check at a glance the status of PC use outside of working hours (i.e. hidden overtime).
