“Eucari Ameruge” is a communication support product that connects hospitals with patients and their families during each phase of medical care, such as outpatient care, inpatient care, and post-discharge care.

As medical treatment becomes more advanced and patient needs become more diverse, the burden of explanation work on medical professionals is increasing, and there are limits to how much they can handle within limited consultation hours.
This product provides patients with the information they need in a timely and easy-to-understand manner, including information on medical examinations and vaccinations, explanations about surgery and hospitalization, and post-operative rehabilitation and self-care methods. It reduces the need for repeated explanations by medical professionals, improving work efficiency and promoting patient understanding at the same time.
Sapeet was in charge of designing, developing, and implementing the AI functions in this product. From information analysis to presenting FAQs and responding in natural language, we have built a system that is easy to use for both patients and medical professionals. AI automatically analyzes content in a variety of formats, including videos and PDFs used in medical settings, and predicts questions that patients are likely to have in advance. High-precision natural language processing technology By
utilizing natural language processing technology, the system accurately understands the intent of the patient’s input and presents answers in appropriate expressions. It is designed to reconstruct even complex medical information in a way that is easy to understand from the patient’s perspective.
