SAP Japan Co., Ltd. announced that Daiichi Sankyo Co., Ltd. has adopted SAP’s human resources cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, as its global human resources infrastructure, and has also begun full-scale operation of its human resources and payroll management system at domestic group companies.
SAP SuccessFactors was adopted as the human resources and talent management system that supports the Daiichi Sankyo Group. In order to respond to changes in the business environment, it will become the global human resources system infrastructure that will support the company as it achieves remarkable global growth.

In addition, in Japan, the human resources and payroll system for more than 10,000 employees was migrated from an on-premise SAP system and went live in November 2024.
