OPTiM Corporation announced on the 21st that it will begin offering new features, including “Voice Recorder AI Summarization” and “Physician’s Opinion Letter Creation,” for its “OPTiM AI Hospital” generative AI service for hospitals.
“OPTiM AI” is a secure large-scale language model (LLM) that can be used without an internet connection. It will also feature RAG (Search Augmented and Generated Language) creation and management functions, as well as ID management, tenant management, and device management. Based on this “OPTiM AI” platform, “OPTiM AI Hospital” will initially connect to electronic medical records to provide features for doctors and nurses. The newly introduced “Voice Recorder AI Summarization” feature allows users to record and upload audio from various scenarios and have the AI create summaries. Hospital staff can create templates for summary prompts tailored to specific scenarios, such as conferences, in-hospital meetings, medical interviews, and rounds. These templates allow for efficient creation of summaries tailored to each scenario. Additionally, OPTiM is offering a beta version of “IC AI Summary,” which uses OPTiM AI Hospital to record and transcribe informed consent (IC) explanations and automatically generate summaries containing key information, such as the details of the surgery, alternative procedures, and risk of complications. This feature shortens the process of creating written records after IC explanations, reducing costs and labor.
Hospital staff can also customize this summary prompt. Furthermore, a new feature has been added that automatically generates a draft of the attending physician’s opinion letter using electronic medical record data. The AI automates the creation of key items, medical history, treatment progress, and ADL (Activities of Daily Living) status, reducing physician workload and allowing them to focus on their work. Additionally, OPTiM is also offering a free, comprehensive, and comprehensive implementation support service, from implementation to effectiveness verification. Flexible support is available, including separate study sessions for doctors and nurses, without impacting daily work. It also provides comprehensive support, including implementation effectiveness measurement and operational implementation proposals. OPTiM is also running a PoC campaign to help customers safely introduce OPTiM AI Hospital, offering free AI server rentals, installation support, and AI effectiveness assessment. The features offered are “Nursing Summary Creation Support,” “Voice Recorder AI Summary,” and “IC AI Summary (beta version),” and the campaign will run until December 31st.OPTiM announced the launch of new features such as ” Voice Recorder AI Summarization” and “Physician’s Opinion Letter Creation.” The system will include secure LLMs (Large-Scale Language Models) and RAG (Search Augmentation and Generation) creation and management functions, as well as ID management, tenant management, and device management. This system reduces the time required to create new documentation after explaining the IC, thereby reducing costs and labor. Hospital staff can also customize the summary prompts.
