Mediment, a cloud-based health management system provided by Mediphone Co., Ltd., which supports the health management of medical institutions and companies, has begun functional collaboration with Kaonavi, a talent management system provided by Kaonavi Co., Ltd.
This collaboration will enable the seamless integration of employee health information and human resources information, making it possible to more effectively promote health management in companies.
Mediphone Co., Ltd. began its multilingual translation system “mediPhone” business as a general incorporated association in 2014. In 2021, we began offering the cloud-based health management system “meidment” to corporations from the perspective of preventive medicine. We have expanded our business through interventions in health management support and medical interpretation know-how that we have cultivated up to now.

Kaonavi provides a talent management system called “Kaonavi” that centrally manages a company’s human resources information and supports optimal human resource utilization. By visualizing data such as employee skills, evaluation history, and transfer history, and enabling data-driven human resources strategies, Kaonavi supports the growth of companies.
We decided to collaborate on this project because we believe that our philosophy and the direction of Kaonabi’s services are aligned. Through this collaboration, we will centralize companies’ human resources and health information, and more effectively support employee health. We will continue to support the promotion of health management, contributing to improving organizational productivity and realizing employee well-being.
