Anyo and Nihon Chouzai Partner for Nationwide Delivery

ZYX Co., Ltd., which operates the online consultation service “Anyo,” which connects families with children seeking pediatric care with doctors working from home, is collaborating with Nihon Chouzai Co., Ltd. to expand its delivery area nationwide.

“Anyo” is an online medical consultation service that connects families with children seeking pediatric care with doctors who want to work from home. After two demonstration experiments, the service was officially launched in June 2023 in Aichi Prefecture, where our company is based. Medical certificates are accepted in 11 other prefectures across the country, and the service has been used by many patients.

People living outside of the 11 prefectures can also use this service, but they will be required to temporarily cover part of the medical expenses and then go through the reimbursement procedure at their local municipal office at a later date.

Delivery is now available at Nippon Chouzai’s stores nationwide

We have been working to expand the number of pharmacies that offer delivery services so that patients can receive their medication more easily after their consultation.

Until now, Anyo has mainly provided services in 11 prefectures, but in response to growing demand nationwide, all Nippon Chouzai stores now offer delivery of medication in addition to in-person pickup.

In addition, some stores offer online medication instructions and delivery on all days of the week, including weekends and holidays , providing a more flexible and user-friendly system.
