PerkUP Inc., which operates “Coworkation.com”, a one-stop arrangement service for corporate off-site meetings, team building camps, and camp-style workcations, has signed a business agreement with Tateshina Town Promotion Corporation, a general incorporated association responsible for the regional development of Tateshina Town, Nagano Prefecture.
Under this business agreement, part of the operation of PerkUP’s “Coworkation.com” business will be outsourced to local residents via the Tateshina Town Promotion Corporation, and a system will be created that allows people who are unable to work full-time to participate in the business and thrive.
PerkUP has been operating “Coworkation.com,” a platform that provides experiences that bring together local businesses and corporations, under the vision of “a world where travel enriches the future.” Based on the know-how cultivated at “Coworkation.com,” we are currently developing “MEETSCUL,” a “raising-hand” matching engine that directly connects local businesses and corporations, with the aim of further improving the value we provide.

Tateshina Town Promotion Corporation is a general incorporated association established in April 2025. With the aim of creating diverse and flexible employment opportunities for local residents, the corporation has established and operates a system in which resident workers, mainly women raising children, can respond to the needs of businesses by accepting work from companies across the country, and is promoting initiatives that utilize local resources and human capital.
PerkUP has worked with local communities and facilities to expand team building opportunities for companies and organizations. The needs for corporate training camps, team building, and off-site meetings are diversifying, and we recognize that there is an increasing trend for corporate organizations to be attracted to experiences and places unique to local areas that were previously outside the scope of travel products. PerkUP believes that in order to respond more flexibly to the needs of such organizations in the future, it is essential to continuously discover facilities and activities scattered around the country.
Through this business agreement with Tateshina Town Promotion Corporation, PerkUP will strengthen its efforts to build new contacts using “Coworkation.com” as a starting point, promote the expansion of participating businesses in each region and the creation of regional networks, and work to further revitalize “Coworkation.com.” Specifically, PerkUP will have Tateshina Town Promotion Corporation support the organization and input of business information to be posted on “Coworkation.com” as well as other related tasks.
