Booost Corporation has announced that its sustainability ERP “booost Sustainability,” which has held the No. 1 market share among major companies for two consecutive years, has been adopted by Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd. and implementation has begun.
This implementation will support the construction of a platform for collecting and managing sustainability-related information across DNP Group’s domestic and international group companies and locations. Furthermore, by supporting efforts to improve data quality and governance, and to streamline and enhance disclosure operations, we will contribute to the advancement of DNP Group’s sustainability management.
Background of Implementation
In recent years, progress has been made both domestically and internationally in developing systems for disclosing sustainability information and in sophisticated disclosure requirements. Companies are now required to accurately and continuously collect and manage sustainability-related information and ensure the data quality and governance necessary for disclosure.

In Japan, the environment surrounding sustainability information disclosure is changing significantly, with the Sustainability Standards Board of Japan (SSBJ) publishing sustainability disclosure standards. Moving forward, it will be crucial to build a foundation that can ensure data quality and governance, not only by accurately and efficiently collecting and managing sustainability-related information across the organization, including group companies, overseas bases, and suppliers, but also by considering the calculation of future financial impacts and disclosure in XBRL format.
In response to these changes in regulations and disclosure requirements, it is necessary to build a data infrastructure that can flexibly respond to future disclosure requests and streamline and enhance the collection and management of sustainability-related information. Furthermore, it is important to go beyond simply complying with disclosure requirements and instead utilize the collected sustainability information in management decisions and business strategies, thereby connecting it to initiatives aimed at improving corporate value.
