URIHO, a subscription-based accounts receivable guarantee service provided by Raccoon Financial Co., Ltd., has signed a business matching agreement for customer introductions with Tohoku Bank, Ltd.
Tohoku Bank celebrated its 75th anniversary with the management philosophy of “contributing to the development of the local community and prospering together as a regional financial institution.” The bank provides community-based financial services, primarily in Iwate Prefecture, and actively supports the development of local small and medium-sized enterprises, particularly those in the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries industries. Experienced staff are available to provide consultations and help resolve the various management issues faced by business owners, thereby contributing to the revitalization of the local economy.
In this business matching event, Tohoku Bank will offer “URIHO,” the industry’s first subscription-based accounts receivable guarantee service, to customers of the bank who have a need for this service. With reasonable monthly fees starting from 9,800 yen and a simple product design, “URIHO” is an easy-to-use service even for small and medium-sized enterprises.

As small and medium-sized enterprises face challenges such as worsening cash flow, labor shortages, rising prices, and a lack of successors, Tohoku Bank will be able to offer a new account receivable guarantee service to protect against the risk of non-payment, as a new proposal to enable companies to conduct transactions with peace of mind.
Raccoon Financial will continue to strengthen its ties with regional financial institutions and work to further expand the number of users of “URIHO.”
