Obic Business Consultants Co., Ltd., which develops and sells core business systems such as Kanjo Bugyo and other Bugyo Cloud services, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a business matching agreement with Daito Bank, Ltd. to promote digital transformation as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen the functionality of community-based finance.
With the labor force declining, improving productivity is an urgent priority, but there is a shortage of IT personnel and know-how. Furthermore, even if small and medium-sized enterprises understand the need for digital transformation, they are unable to get started due to concerns about implementation costs and effectiveness. To help these companies resolve these issues, Daito Bank has partnered with OBC, which has strengths in business systems. By combining finance and IT, the bank is building a system that will boost operational efficiency in areas such as accounting, labor, and sales management, revitalizing the local economy, and supporting the sustainable growth of companies.

This collaboration is the result of the two companies’ shared vision of revitalizing the local economy by supporting the management of small and medium-sized enterprises. Going forward, the two companies will jointly visit mid-tier enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises, primarily in Fukushima Prefecture, to provide implementation support and hold seminars, with the aim of promoting digital transformation throughout the region. They have therefore concluded a business matching agreement in the digital transformation field.
