Netstars Corporation has developed an online payment collection system that uses email/SMS to guide target customers to online payments, and digitalizes payment collection operations. The system will provide a flexible and easy-to-use service for both businesses and their customers, particularly in industries where online payments have not been widely adopted, such as the education industry.
This system allows customers to manage information through a management screen and to send emails/SMS containing a payment URL to all applicable customers at once. Service providers can streamline collection operations by using email/SMS for online payments, and because email/SMS can be sent at any time, they can flexibly handle irregular payments, such as collection of unpaid bills.
After receiving an email/SMS notification regarding payment, customers can complete the payment on the spot via their smartphone or PC using the payment method specified by the carrier, eliminating the need to go to a bank.
