Miroku Information Services Co., Ltd., which develops and sells financial and accounting systems and management information services, has begun offering an “AI Report” function on “Management Analysis Plus” on “Hirameki 7”, a digital transformation platform for small and medium-sized enterprises operated by Tribec Inc., an MJS group company. The function uses generative AI to automatically create reports with AI analytical comments based on accounting data and official statistics.
The newly launched “AI Report” is a new function of the optional service “Management Analysis Plus” for MJS accounting firm users (users of “ACELINK NX-Pro Accounting Taisho”) on the DX platform “Hirameki 7”. Accounting firm users can create AI reports without entering prompts by simply uploading the accounting data of their client companies to “Hirameki 7”. Two types of AI reports are available: “Monthly AI Report” and “Annual AI Report”. When creating each AI report, not only is it compared with the previous year on the accounting data, but comments based on economic trends, etc. are also generated by referring to seven official statistics. The generated AI report can be downloaded in PowerPoint format, so it can be used for management reports and management guidance to clients after being checked and edited from the professional perspective of a tax accountant.
It allows you to efficiently create monthly and annual financial statement presentation materials that include graphs and other visuals, which contributes to improving the work efficiency of accounting firms and increasing satisfaction with explanations to clients.

The AI generation in this function uses Microsoft’s “Azure OpenAI Service”, so users do not need to sign a contract for the AI generation service, and the accounting data of the client is not used as learning data for the AI generation. This function was developed with the cooperation of Microsoft Japan Co., Ltd. and MJS Group’s NTC Corporation.
The “AI Report” function can be used at no additional charge by MJS accounting firm users who have contracted for “Hirameki 7” and “Management Analysis Plus.”
