Alps System Integration Co., Ltd. has partnered with LINE WORKS Corporation‘s “LINE WORKS OCR” to add an invoice AI-OCR option to its cloud-based expense settlement service “BIZUTTO Expenses,” which will be available on April 20, 2025.
The invoice AI-OCR option automatically reads invoice data uploaded from the BIZUTTO expense payment application screen and automatically inputs billing details, eligible invoice registration numbers (invoice numbers), etc. This reduces the manual input burden in payment processing work and the occurrence of human errors such as input mistakes, making work more efficient.

Due to the Electronic Bookkeeping Act and the trend towards teleworking, an increasing number of companies are facing the challenge of going paperless and streamlining their accounting operations.
