The specific initiatives are as follows, and will be put into use on an ongoing basis from May 2025.
Reforming headquarters operations based on the use of AI agents, improving the productivity of sales and market operations, and enhancing compliance and risk management
Development and operation will be carried out using AI agents and RAG Ops templates from the AI agent development and operation platform “exaBase Studio.” Through the efforts of both companies to date, it has been confirmed that approximately 90% of the AI use cases raised by various departments at FFG headquarters can be handled with templates provided by exaBase Studio. In addition, by utilizing templates, FFG engineers will be able to develop and operate in-house. Templates are prototypes of applications.
R&D and application of cutting-edge technologies such as autonomous AI agents to business operations
Our engineers, who have knowledge and technical skills related to cutting-edge technology, and FFG engineers, who are familiar with banking operations, will work together to promote R&D that anticipates business application and effectiveness. We also plan to jointly deploy successful cases for local companies in the future.
