HARTi Inc., which aims to create infrastructure for the cultural industry with the corporate philosophy of “Creating an economy through sensibility,” has raised 60 million yen in pre-series A funding from Startup Factory, led by Osamu Suzuki. Through this funding, the Company will expand its smart photo printer “HARTi Photo®” nationwide, strengthen its system, and accelerate its marketing activities, and continue to take on new challenges so that Japan’s cultural industry can create new value in the global market.

In particular, smart photo booth “HARTi Photo®” is positioned as a new platform to spread Japanese IP to the world in both real and digital ways. In Japan, photo booths, which were previously limited to a limited number of facilities such as game centers, can now be introduced at short-term events such as live shows, festivals, and concerts, and we will work to expand the market as a whole. In overseas markets where the photo booth market is growing rapidly, we will mainly introduce our machines at commercial facilities and large-scale events, and by providing experiences that involve Japanese IP content, we will realize “content D2C” that allows Japanese IP holders to directly connect with fans in the global market.
