HRbase Inc., provider of the labor consultation platform “HRbase,” is pleased to announce that it will begin a business partnership with the Small and Medium Enterprise Welfare Foundation from April 21, 2025.
HRbase PRO, a cloud service for social insurance and labor consultants, has undergone repeated feature renewal since its launch in March 2021, and as of April 2025, is helping social insurance and labor consultant offices solve problems with its proprietary AI function called “Labor Assistant AI.”
Social change has been rapid over the past four years, and the challenges facing labor and social security attorneys are becoming more widespread than ever, including responding to diverse work styles, changing worker attitudes, and solving recruitment problems. In addition, the labor and social security attorney industry is also being hit by a wave of operational reform, including the use of AI, and HRbase has been receiving many requests and feedback.
As HRbase aims to be a leading company in the labor and technology field, we have decided to enter into a business partnership with the Small and Medium Enterprise Welfare Foundation, one of Japan’s largest support organizations for social insurance labor consultants, in order to contribute to creating an environment in which social insurance labor consultants can play an even more active role.
