Amazon Connect is a cloud-based contact center service that allows you to build self-service customer service desks of any scale and provide better service at low cost. This collaboration will enable us to more quickly provide our voice recognition service “AI2ASR” and our generative AI summary service “QuickSummary2.0” to Amazon Connect users.

With this integration with “QuickSummary 2.0,” Amazon Connect users can now use the speech recognition and summarization service in conjunction with call flows built on Amazon Connect, simply by installing and deploying a dedicated connector developed by our company.
