Dentsu Institute Inc., a company that uses technology to evolve businesses and society, will begin offering “Rajinban”, a tool that visualizes a company’s human capital disclosure status and helps improve corporate value, from Monday, February 10, 2025.
Overview and features of “Rojinban”
The “Rojinban” is a tool developed based on the knowledge gained from Dentsu Institute’s human capital management consulting services, HR solution provision, and branding support, etc., to derive the current state and issues of information disclosure regarding human capital within companies.
The main features are as follows:
1. Visualizing the current state of human capital management
“Rorenpan” is based on the 58 indicators of ISO30414, and can visualize the strengths and weaknesses of a company’s human capital management by digging deep into not only the disclosure status of financial information and employee information, but also the utilization status of such data. This makes it possible to consider the next measures to promote human capital management.

2. Visualization of human capital management risks
It is possible to identify risks related to human capital management by collecting information on human capital disclosure and the state of preparation for disclosure.Specifically, risks such as the time spent on employee training being less than that of other companies, or the number of internal whistle-blowing cases being low can be visualized in a matrix, and measures that contribute to strengthening corporate governance can be considered based on the identified risks.
3. Support along with consulting services
Using the results of the “Rorenpan,” you can take advantage of our “ISO30414 certification support,” “Human Capital Report creation support,” and “Human capital risk management support.”
In the future, we plan to provide support for human capital disclosure in combination with the integrated HCM solution “POSITIVE” and the total HR solution for human capital management “HUMAnalytics,” as well as support for risk management related to human capital disclosure.
Dentsu Institute has a long history of working to resolve client issues in the area of human resources, and has an impressive track record and a wealth of know-how. We will continue to combine this knowledge and technology to support corporate management in the era of human capital management.
