Works Applications, or WAP, has started a strategic partnership with Tata Consultancy Services Japan. The collaboration begins after TCS Japan registered under the WAP Partner Program. The two companies will work together to strengthen sales of WAP’s ERP package, ‘HUE,’ and develop solutions based on standardization to meet the business process transformation needs of major Japanese companies.
The partnership brings together the strengths of both companies. WAP’s ‘HUE’ has more than 6,700 standard functions and is designed for Japanese companies through what they call ‘Fit to Japan Standard.’ TCS Japan brings global implementation experience and the ability to propose and build systems for large Japanese businesses.

By combining these strengths, the two aim to build an ERP construction system that is stable and efficient. Unlike conventional ERP implementations that often require add-on development, this approach leverages standard functions to reduce complexity. The first project is already underway with Itoham Yonekyu Holdings. WAP and TCS Japan are working together on this implementation. Going forward, they plan to deepen collaboration further, with TCS Japan supporting WAP in helping customers transform their business processes comprehensively.
