SyncLeap together with Dream Career have come up with a Sales AI Assistant. Internal operations of the system at Dream Career commenced in January 2026. It harnesses the power of nine years of sales data which spans from 2016 to the year 2024. The AI merges the contract info, case management data, and emails that have been distributed across different systems. The users can communicate with the AI using natural language. For instance, ‘Who among the members has the highest chances of being a perfect fit for the case?’ or ‘Create a group.’ The AI then returns with analysis and recommendations.
The project started because analyzing nine years of sales data manually was hard. Dream Career had large amounts of SES business data. Analysis took time. You needed to know the database and rules inside out to get accurate results. Knowledge of past success patterns and human strengths was tied to individual experience. Managers often could not immediately see which sales targets were promising or who to assign.
SyncLeap is mainly an XR company. Its CEO Ito has been working in entertainment tech for 30 years. He has built XR systems for expos, museums, and aquariums. He saw how AI could combine with XR. SyncLeap’s mission is to unlock the potential of XR and AI. They realized AI could also help companies make sense of business data, not just guest experience.

In this project, Dream Career handled planning, requirements, and project leadership. SyncLeap worked on AI development, system integration, and technical implementation. They set up the internal database, integrated emails and case data, and tuned AI models.
The development started in September 2025 with requirement definition and AI feasibility studies. By October, the system was being built in an on-premise environment. In November, they integrated business data and emails. In December, nine years of sales data were compiled and accuracy verified. January 2026 marked the start of in-house operation.
The system allows natural language analysis of sales data, talent matching, team formation, and email reference. It makes past performance accessible without consulting individual employees. Decision-making is faster. Knowledge is preserved as an organizational asset. The secret information is kept well protected when they operate all the software on-premise. Among the AI elements, the important ones are known as uniquely as Claude (Anthropic) and Gemini (Google). It works with internal systems, email, and groupware over LAN or VPN.
The AI is unique because it integrates nine years of data without changing existing business processes. Anyone can use it through a natural language interface without SQL skills. The two companies plan to expand its knowledge rules, add session memory, extend use to other departments, and explore use in other companies and industries.
