Infosense Inc. and YE Digital Inc. have entered into an alliance with the aim of promoting the automation of on-site logistics for the manufacturing industry.
Infosense, a group company of the comprehensive logistics company Sankyu Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Sankyu), offers a wide range of solutions to support logistics operations and system reform. The WMS it offers, “ZIZAIA WMS 2.0,” leverages Sankyu’s warehouse management know-how and is characterized by its flexibility in responding to a variety of needs. As one of the few solutions that can centrally manage everything from raw materials to semi-finished products and finished goods, as well as the distribution industry, and can handle “food distribution operations” at manufacturing sites, Infosense is strengthening its efforts for the manufacturing industry and expanding its functions.
YE Digital offers the WES “MMLogiStation” specialized for warehouse automation. It has many plug-ins that allow for the flexible and speedy introduction of automated equipment without being tied to a particular manufacturer. Furthermore, as a company established by spinning off the IT department of Yaskawa Electric Corporation, the company has extensive knowledge of the manufacturing industry and has received many inquiries about on-site logistics automation in recent years.

In the manufacturing industry , while production line automation is progressing, many aspects of on-site transportation processes remain manual, resulting in chronic labor shortages and increased workloads. The two companies aim to solve these issues by proposing optimal solutions that combine WMS and WES.
Warehouse management system “ZIZAIA WMS 2.0”
“ZIZAIA WMS,” which has been used by many customers since its launch in 2015, has been upgraded. In addition to further strengthening the functions of the previous “ZIZAIA WMS,” it now supports in-plant logistics as standard, significantly expands visualization functions, and improves the flexibility of work processes and inventory management, supporting the efficiency of the entire logistics system.
Warehouse automation system (WES) “MMLogiStation”
Developed by YE Digital, which has approximately 40 years of experience in the automated warehouse field, WES specializes in warehouse automation and has held the top market share for three consecutive years. WES functions as an interface between the WMS and automated equipment, and offers plug-ins that enable program-less integration with major equipment, independent of the manufacturer, supporting rapid and flexible equipment implementation.
Through this collaboration, the two companies will enhance their ability to propose automation solutions in the on-site logistics field of the manufacturing industry and provide solutions that support the sustainable growth of the manufacturing industry.
