In recent years, there has been a chronic labor shortage in manufacturing due to the outflow of human resources to the tourism and food service industries, and in order to respond to the diversifying needs of job seekers regarding working styles, there is a need for more detailed matching and long-term career development support.
However, there was an urgent need to change the strategy to strengthen the company’s ability to attract new customers. In addition, there was no way to continue communicating with job seekers who had previously applied (potential reapplicants), and the company was losing contact with valuable human resources, which was a major issue.
Against this backdrop, World Intec shifted its strategy from relying on external sources to attracting customers in-house. To realize a “connected” recruitment experience that builds ongoing relationships with job seekers, including past applicants, the company decided to introduce “Mico Engage AI,” which has a proven track record in the manufacturing industry staffing sector.
