Delight has launched RecApo, a support service that helps HR service companies get sales appointments when they do not have the time or people to do it themselves. The idea is pretty simple. RecApo takes over the whole front part of the sales pipeline, starting with target design, list creation, phone calls and even the early stage sales conversations. A dedicated team handles everything and they lean on their experience in recruitment and HR to shape scripts, adjust talk tracks and make data based improvements as they go.
Delight already has a background in recruitment advertising and has supported more than 500 companies, so they are using that experience to push results faster. The service focuses on creating appointments that actually convert and not just filling up the calendar. They claim an effective business negotiation rate of about 90 percent which is where their pitch about high quality meetings comes from.
The whole thing is positioned as a one stop system. Companies that cannot build a sales structure internally or deal with unstable results can hand over the entire process. Delight says its own HR services consistently secure more than 400 appointments a month and that this operational base is what they are now offering to clients.

A lot of companies in HR struggle with predictable sales output, time shortages and conversion inconsistencies. RecApo is meant to address those problems quickly. They even add a small extra angle where if a meeting looks like it would create synergy between both sides, they can pass it along.
