Ebara Health Insurance Association and LIFEM Co., Ltd. have agreed to introduce all programs of “Luna Luna Office,” a femtech service for corporations provided by LIFEM that supports improving the health issues of working women, to Ebara Health Insurance Association from Friday, August 1st.
Through this program, EBARA Group employees will be provided with doctor-supervised seminar videos and online medical consultation services in collaboration with medical institutions. This will help alleviate concerns about improving menstrual and menopausal symptoms, balancing infertility treatment with work, and other issues, while promoting company-wide understanding of health issues according to gender and life stage.
‘Luna Luna Office’ has launched at the Ebara Group Health Insurance Association, which supports the well-being of each individual!
The EBARA Group provides products and services necessary for daily life and industry around the world, contributing to solving social issues and maintaining and improving the global environment. We believe that the physical and mental health of all employees is an essential element for the sustainable growth of the Group, and are therefore committed to health and productivity management.

As part of this initiative, we have launched the “e Body Project,” which is a health promotion initiative consisting of three elements: “measure,” “eat,” and “train.” For example, we hold visceral fat measurement sessions where employees can check their own health status on the spot, and medical staff can provide advice based on the measurement results, among other initiatives to encourage employees to change their awareness and improve their lifestyles. Furthermore, as part of our ENW (Ebara New Workstyle) initiative, we have introduced “selectable telework,” which allows employees to independently choose where they work, aiming to realize an efficient work style that maximizes their results. We are implementing a variety of unique initiatives to ensure that each employee can work healthily and energetically.
With the aim of further promoting the physical and mental health of employees, improving productivity, and deepening mutual understanding among employees, the company will now introduce the standard plan of LUNA LUNA Office, and begin using the “Menstruation Program,” “Fertility Consultation Program,” “Menopause Program,” and “Male Menopause Program.”
Through this program, Ebara Health Insurance Society and LIFEM will support the improvement of health issues felt by Ebara Group employees, promote understanding throughout the workplace, and promote the creation of a workplace where employees can shine as they are.
