Yachiyo Solutions Co., Ltd. announced a significant update to its cloud-based facility management system, MENTENA, aimed at enhancing work schedule management and improving on-site operational efficiency. The new features will be officially rolled out on May 7.
MENTENA is designed to modernize facility management by moving away from traditional paper-based and Excel-driven methods, enabling digital transformation in field operations. Through cloud-based management, the platform supports more efficient on-site workflows and streamlined tracking of inspection histories.
The upcoming update introduces a work schedule sharing feature, allowing users to export schedules created in MENTENA to external calendar tools via a universally supported .ics format. By generating a sharing URL, these schedules can be seamlessly imported into widely used platforms such as Google Calendar and Outlook. Each shared schedule also includes a direct link to the corresponding MENTENA work page.

Previously, teams had to manually transfer schedule details, increasing the risk of double entry, input errors, and scheduling conflicts. With this new integration, schedules can now be centrally managed across tools, supporting schedule filtering and the ability to share multiple schedules based on specific use cases.
Additionally, MENTENA will introduce a feature that links check sheets directly with work plans and history. While both functions previously supported similar check item capabilities, they operated independently. Users had to manually import check items from one to the other to reuse them. With this update, check sheets can now be integrated smoothly into work plans, and completion records are automatically captured, facilitating easier post-work data tracking.
This enhancement allows for standardized processes, such as routine 5S checks or safety inspections before equipment shutdowns and restarts, to be embedded directly into work plans as check sheets. Furthermore, updates to check sheet content are automatically reflected—eliminating the need for re-importing revised items.
For on-site personnel, immediate access to relevant check sheets shortens task execution time. For managers, the update provides better visibility into task progress and supports consistent work execution across teams.
These improvements further Yachiyo Solutions‘ mission to drive digital innovation in facility management and enhance productivity at the field level.
