Datainfo acquires BR Conselhos, a supplier of management software

BRConselhos, a company that provides management software solutions for councils across the country, including OAB, CREA, COREN units, is now part of the Datainfo group

Datainfo, a company specializing in supporting private and public institutions towards technological innovation and digital transformation, announces that it has just acquired BRConselhos, a company dedicated to providing technological solutions to state professional councils and federal, including the OAB. With this acquisition, Datainfo expands its portfolio of IT solutions and starts serving customers throughout the national territory.

“With this acquisition, we expanded our portfolio and offer solutions in software and services, mainly in the public area, and increased our range of customers. From that moment on, we started to have customers in the 27 Brazilian states”, says the Marketing director from Datainfo, Lessian Schultz.

The acquisition has already been completed and signed, now Datainfo is starting a timetable for integrating the company and the employees that will be absorbed by Datainfo. “In this first moment, BRC products will continue to operate independently under the management of Datainfo, until the end of 2021 we will work on the integration and expansion of these products”, adds Schultz.

BRConselhos initially emerged from a partnership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) in Santa Catarina to produce software for the management of the council and specific systems for the area. The company BR Conselhos was a spin-off of the old HBSIS, which was sold to the Ambev group in the middle of last year.

BR Conselhos makes processes smarter, making an effective way to manage councils and organizational resources. Today the product portfolio is formed by the software BRCONSELHOS, BR BACKOFFICE, BR ELECTIONS and the project under construction BR GEDAI.

Currently the company operates in all states of Brazil and its main clients are OAB Santa Catarina, Tocantins, Bahia, Mato Grosso and Goiás, in addition to the Federal Council of Psychology, CREA-RN, CREF4-SP and COREN-PR. As it is a software aimed at the public sector, acquisitions are made through bidding.
