BrightHR, the global HR software and employment law advice service has partnered with the innovative MGA Mutual (MGAM).
This partnership will let MGAM exclusively promote BrightHR as its HR, employment law, and health & safety partner to its UK client and contact roster.
BrightHR provides award-winning HR software to help business owners with their staff management. It makes it easier for employers to track holidays, plan shifts and rotas, and manage health & safety in their business. Plus, it comes with 24/7 HR, employment law and health & safety advice.
The award-winning software provider has also recently launched several new online tools, such as the furlough navigator and back to work navigator, to help small business owners through the COVID-19 pandemic.
Alongside the partnership, MGAM and BrightHR will also work with the insurance company Irwell. Irwell currently provides the legal expenses insurance protection that forms part of BrightHR’s product and service offering. In particular, Irwell provides protection to businesses for the legal costs associated with employment matters, including any tribunal awards, as well as covering the legal costs associated with health & safety matters.

Irwell will work with MGAM to develop a suite of insurance products that will provide additional protection and benefits for small business owners.
