Going forward, the two companies will combine DTRA&rsquo;s &ldquo;ESG Solution DX Utilization Data Model Package,&rdquo; a framework based on its expertise in sustainability, with IBM Envizi ESG Suite , an ESG data management platform provided by IBM , to help clients improve their data management environment to comply with disclosure regulations.<\/p><p>In recent years, regulations regarding sustainability information disclosure have been strengthened, and requirements for companies have become stricter. International standards such as the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) and the European Commission&rsquo;s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) require companies to disclose ESG data in a unified manner and ensure the transparency of ESG reporting.
