CAL Corporation, which operates IT staffing and system development businesses, has received the second-level [L-star] certification from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare based on the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace.<\/p>\n

What is Eruboshi Certification?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Under this system, companies that promote the active participation of female employees apply to the Prefectural Labor Bureau, and if certain standards are met, the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare will certify them. Certification is given in three stages depending on the number of items achieved out of five evaluation items.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Our company has launched a project team for promoting women’s participation in the workforce, mainly consisting of female members, and has received the second level of Eruboshi certification.<\/p>\n

Evaluation items and our achievements<\/strong><\/h3>\n

At our company, 41.5% of section chief-level employees are female, and many female managers are active in key departments such as the Engineering Division, Overseas Planning Division, Business Promotion Division, and Administration Division.

\nThe company was awarded two stars in the Eruboshi Certification for meeting four of the five evaluation criteria: length of service, working hours, ratio of managers, and diverse career paths.
\n 
\nAs a unique initiative of our company, we have partnered with Nitan ART Clinic to provide AMH (ovarian reserve function) testing and consultations regarding women’s health and fertility issues, all completely free of charge.<\/p>\n

This system is available completely free of charge to employees themselves, as well as their families and partners.
\n 
\nThe results this time are believed to be largely due to the effect of introducing such an internal system.<\/p>\n
