The goal is for Itokin&rsquo;s staff to be able to analyze customer data themselves and independently conceive and execute personalized communication strategies for each customer.<\/p><p>ITOKIN, which operates approximately 20 diverse brands including &ldquo;avv,&rdquo; &ldquo;Sybilla,&rdquo; and &ldquo;MICHEL KLEIN,&rdquo; has been strengthening its connection with customers through digital means, including significantly revamping the &ldquo;ITOKIN Group Official App&rdquo; in October 2025, which will integrate the group brands.<\/p><h3>\u3053\u3061\u3089\u3082\u304a\u8aad\u307f\u304f\u3060\u3055\u3044\uff1a <a class=\"p-url\" href=\"https:\/\/itbusinesstoday.com\/ja\/tech\/ai\/radarlab-and-sato-partner-on-dpp-implementation\/\" rel=\"bookmark\">Acrosstudio\u304cCoconala Group\u306b\u7d71\u5408\u3055\u308c\u305f<\/a><\/h3><p>As Itokin aimed to further improve the customer experience, it faced challenges in achieving agile communication tailored to the individual circumstances of each customer.
