In addition, SCSK will begin an initiative to train 100 &rdquo; FDEs (Forward Deployed Engineers)&nbsp; in-house, who will lead the construction and deployment of AI agents and provide hands-on support in the customer contact and sales management areas. Through this project, SCSK aims to promote company-wide AI utilization through automation in the sales field and to revamp sales processes, while also deploying the knowledge and know-how gained to customer-facing businesses and establishing a new revenue base as an Agentforce partner.<\/p><p>SCSK has been working to enhance sales activities and improve operational efficiency in each of its business domains. In a specific business domain, the company has a track record of significantly improving profitability, such as a 200% increase in gross profit year-on -year, by implementing an SFA (Sales Force Automation) system using Sales Cloud and reforming sales processes, thereby enhancing activities from lead generation to order fulfillment. Based on these results, SCSK has been working to systematize the know-how it has practiced and verified in-house as an offering and deploy it to support customers&rsquo; sales transformation and business reform.
