HPC Systems Co., Ltd.<\/a>  announced that at its Board of Directors meeting held on September 18, 2026, it resolved to invest in TL Electronic GmbH<\/a> , a company based in Germany that develops sales, technical support, and maintenance services for industrial computers and other products, and has a customer base in a wide range of industrial fields such as industrial automation, automotive, robotics, defense, and logistics, by subscribing to a third-party allocation of shares, and to conclude a business alliance agreement regarding technical and sales support. Details are as follows.<\/p>

HPC Systems has been providing high-performance HPC solutions for scientific and technical computing and AI development and operation, which require advanced computing power.<\/p>

Our company has set forth “Challenging the Global Market” in our medium-term management plan, Vision 2027, and we position full-scale entry into the European market, which has high growth potential in the science and technology and manufacturing sectors, as one of our important growth strategies for further business growth.<\/p>
