This initiative involves providing the company&rsquo;s developed lifestyle and employment stability support app, &ldquo;Cogwill&rdquo; (hereinafter referred to as &ldquo;Cogwill&rdquo;), to companies in the region that accept foreign workers. Through this initiative, the Company will create a safe and secure living infrastructure for foreign workers, support the stability of regional employment in cooperation with financial institutions, and contribute to the sustainable growth of accepting companies and local communities.<\/p><p>As part of measures to address Japan&rsquo;s labor shortage, the acceptance of foreign workers with specific skills is expanding, with a maximum of 805,000 people expected to be accepted over the five years from fiscal year 2024 (until the end of fiscal year 2028), and the total number of foreign workers is expected to reach approximately 3.05 million by 2030. However, with some sectors announcing the suspension of new acceptances, hiring and retaining foreign talent will become increasingly difficult for companies in the future.<\/p><h4>\u3053\u3061\u3089\u3082\u304a\u8aad\u307f\u304f\u3060\u3055\u3044\uff1a <a class=\"p-url\" href=\"https:\/\/itbusinesstoday.com\/ja\/hr-tech\/professional-development\/avita-avatar-api-adopted-by-pasona-for-ai-interviews\/\" rel=\"bookmark\">\u30d1\u30bd\u30ca\u304cAI\u9762\u63a5\u306bAVITA\u30a2\u30d0\u30bf\u30fcAPI\u3092\u63a1\u7528\u3057\u305f<\/a><\/h4><p>Accepting foreign talent presents various challenges for both the foreign talent and the accepting company, including communication difficulties due to language and cultural differences, and the need for identification documents for various procedures.
