SmartHR Inc.<\/a> \u305d\u3057\u3066 HRD Inc.<\/a> have begun collaborating to connect data from HRD’s ProfileXT\u00ae<\/strong> talent assessment with SmartHR’s Career Ledger, enabling organizations to view assessment results alongside employee information.<\/p>

The integration began on September 15, 2026. It allows ProfileXT® results covering employees’ thinking styles, behavioral characteristics, and work interests to be imported into SmartHR’s talent management functionality. The assessment results are quantified across 20 scales, providing additional data that can be used when considering employee development, placement, and succession planning.<\/p>

The collaboration comes as companies place greater emphasis on human capital management and understanding individual differences across their workforces. In addition to skills, experience, and career aspirations, organizations need objective information about employees’ thinking and behavioral characteristics and their areas of work interest when developing more individualized talent management approaches.<\/p>

Previously, when assessment results and employee information were stored in separate systems or files, HR teams and managers had to move between multiple tools to obtain the information needed for personnel development and placement decisions. The new integration brings ProfileXT® assessment data into SmartHR’s Career Ledger and links it with employee information, allowing the data to be viewed in the same context.<\/p>

Under the integration, ProfileXT® assessment results can be imported into SmartHR’s Career Ledger through a CSV file. Once imported, the information can be viewed from individual employee detail screens alongside data such as department, position, grade, and career history.<\/p>

This provides HR professionals and managers with a broader view of each employee, combining existing personnel information with ProfileXT® data on thinking styles, behavioral characteristics, and work interests. The information can support discussions around development strategies, personnel placement, and potential leadership candidates. Access to the information can be controlled through SmartHR’s existing role and permission settings.<\/p>

Users of SmartHR’s Career Ledger can access the integration as a standard feature.<\/p>

According to HRD, ProfileXT® is used in more than 90 countries, with more than four million assessments conducted and more than 42,000 companies having used the service.<\/p>
