It is being used to standardize evaluation criteria, streamline the selection process, and improve the candidate experience.<\/p><p>The company views new graduate recruitment as an opportunity to meet individuals who will drive future business and social transformation, and therefore emphasizes not only candidates&rsquo; experience and achievements but also their thought processes and values &#8203;&#8203;in its selection process. However, the company faced challenges in clarifying and standardizing the evaluation criteria for high-performing individuals, and in streamlining the selection process while maintaining selection quality.<\/p><p>By introducing CaseMatch, we have been able to standardize and articulate evaluation criteria, create an environment that allows for objective and multifaceted evaluation of candidates&rsquo; thought processes, and streamline the selection process. Only by articulating the ideal candidate profile that your company seeks as evaluation criteria and implementing them into the AI &#8203;&#8203;can you consistently verify whether a candidate can succeed in this company and in this job.
