and using this information to aid in the restoration of communication facilities.<\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u5354\u5b9a\u3067\u306f\u3001\u5e83\u7bc4\u56f2\u306e\u72b6\u6cc1\u3092\u628a\u63e1\u3067\u304d\u308b\u885b\u661f\u753b\u50cf\u3092\u6d3b\u7528\u3057\u3066\u304a\u308a\u3001\u9053\u8def\u306e\u901a\u884c\u6b62\u3081\u3001\u505c\u96fb\u3001\u60aa\u5929\u5019\u306a\u3069\u306b\u3088\u308a\u73fe\u5834\u3078\u306e\u30a2\u30af\u30bb\u30b9\u304c\u56f0\u96e3\u306a\u5834\u5408\u3067\u3082\u3001\u6d2a\u6c34\u3001\u571f\u7802\u5d29\u308c\u3001\u9053\u8def\u306e\u901a\u884c\u72b6\u6cc1\u306a\u3069\u3092\u4e0a\u7a7a\u304b\u3089\u8a55\u4fa1\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u53ef\u80fd\u3068\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002
