Cocoo Inc.<\/a> has launched the Local Production and Activation Model for Digital Human Resources TRIAL Project in Naruto City, Tokushima, with the first program starting in September 2026.<\/p>\n

The initiative expands Naruto City\u2019s existing MamaBiya program to women in their 20s to 40s, including those looking for employment, career changes or a return to work. The new MamaBiya Plus program will teach AI and digital skills from the basics, then connect selected participants with local companies through internships.<\/p>\n

Around 15 women will join the first phase, with up to five moving into advanced training and practical work. The program combines in-person and online learning and is free, apart from the Google AI Plus subscription.<\/p>\n
