HR\u30af\u30e9\u30a6\u30c9<\/a>‘s vision is to “create a world where people look forward to work tomorrow,” and it has been supporting companies in streamlining their recruitment through its recruitment management system, “Saiyo Ikkatsu Kanri-kun.” We have already implemented features such as AI-powered evaluation generation and automatic creation of attract letters, and have been working to upgrade ourselves as an AI recruitment agent. However, in order to grow even further, we need to accelerate the development of an “advanced AI recruitment agent” that goes beyond mere efficiency.<\/p>\n
