In addition, there are structural problems where errors are likely to occur due to the concentration of work at the end of the month, such as missed clock-ins, corrections of clock-ins, break acquisition status, and discrepancies with shifts. Furthermore, responding to increasingly complex labor-related laws, such as managing limits on overtime hours, mandatory granting and acquisition of paid leave, 36 agreements, and settlement of flextime systems, requires a high level of understanding, and many companies have concerns about compliance.
