In addition, our high-speed solder inspection technology using X-rays, automated functional inspection technology, and multi-product, small-batch production technology and skills for high-quality, high-reliability products will enable high yield and reduced production time for AI server equipment production.<\/p><h4>\u3053\u3061\u3089\u3082\u304a\u8aad\u307f\u304f\u3060\u3055\u3044\uff1a <a class=\"p-url\" href=\"https:\/\/itbusinesstoday.com\/ja\/tech\/business-tech\/fraim-focuses-on-ai-performing-real-document-work\/\" rel=\"bookmark\">FRAIM\u3001\u5b9f\u969b\u306e\u6587\u66f8\u4f5c\u696d\u3092\u884c\u3046AI\u306b\u6ce8\u76ee<\/a><\/h4><p>With &ldquo;Comprehensive EMS for the Entire Product Range,&rdquo; even if a semiconductor defect is discovered after board mounting, and the component is expensive, has a long lead time, is a micro-component, or is densely mounted, making rework difficult on a normal production line, OKI &lsquo;s &ldquo;EMS Masters &rdquo; with advanced soldering skills utilize a rework and reballing (Note 3) line with uniquely developed equipment and jigs to handle rework even high-performance semiconductors with over 10,000 terminals in a short lead time. Customers can expect to reduce subcontracting management man-hours with &ldquo;Comprehensive EMS,&rdquo; improve yield, reduce failure costs, shorten lead times, and further enhance business efficiency.<\/p><p>Since 2025, OKI has been accelerating companies&rsquo; asset-light management in manufacturing and has launched its &ldquo;Comprehensive EMS&rdquo; service to support the improvement of management indicators.
