This marks the first collaboration with Zen-Noh Prefectural Headquarters in the Shikoku area.<\/p><p>The declining and aging population of agricultural workers is becoming increasingly serious in Japan&rsquo;s agriculture industry. The number of core agricultural workers has halved over the past 20 years, falling from 2.4 million in 2000 to 1.114 million in 2024. Of these, 125,000 (11.2%) were aged 49 or younger, while 799,000 (71.7%) were aged 65 or older. As of 2024, the average age of core agricultural workers was 69.2 years old.
