Golem Inc., which operates a construction data platform with the vision of “revolutionizing construction production,” is pleased to announce that it has raised a total of 800 million yen in funding from five companies that have agreed to support the vision: ANRI, Shimizu Corporation, Takenaka Corporation, HHP Co-Creation Fund No. 1 Investment Limited Partnership, and MIRAITRONC Investment Limited Partnership.The company also announces that it will evolve its data platform, “Gorlem Platform,” which supports construction production, and begin full-scale provision of the platform.<\/p>

“Gorlem Platform” is a platform that structures data such as estimates, designs, and construction, and enables automatic analysis and business standardization using AI. In addition to the existing applications “Emissions Calculation,” “Emissions Calculation\/Civil Engineering & Emissions Calculation\/Water Treatment Facilities,” which calculate whole-life carbon, as well as “Purchase Sorting” and “Long-Term Repair Calculation,” four new applications have been added and are being provided as “Gorlem Platform”: “Performance Analysis & Estimates\/Forecasts,” which performs advanced analysis and processing of data within “Gorlem Platform,” “Drawing Check,” which allows checking of construction plans using drawings, “Construction Planning,” which automatically generates construction plans and schedules, and “Estimate Management,” which handles estimates for building construction work.<\/p>
