Kaizen Analytix has acquired Nihon Technology. Nihon is an IT services company that does SAP, digital transformation, and cybersecurity. The deal expands Kaizen’s presence in Japan and gives them a proven delivery center in India. It also strengthens their SAP, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity capabilities.<\/p>

Nihon was founded in 2007 and is led by T. Muthuvelan. They have done over 300 projects in manufacturing, retail, and technology. They have their own way of working that matches Kaizen’s approach. After the acquisition, Nihon’s leadership will continue running the business independently.<\/p>
