This is an asset acquisition, not a company takeover. No liabilities are being assumed. What EXEDY has acquired is focused and strategic. The target is the UAV development business previously operated by Kitagawa Iron Works’ UAV Promotion Office and AileLinX. Along with that comes development equipment and facilities, intellectual property rights, and the products developed and owned by that business.<\/p>
