The goal is to remove inefficiencies, known as muri, mura, and muda, and work closely with suppliers over the long term. Bringing suppliers in early during development helps Mazda make manufacturing more efficient while also creating value and lowering costs.<\/p><h4>\u3053\u3061\u3089\u3082\u304a\u8aad\u307f\u304f\u3060\u3055\u3044\uff1a <a class=\"p-url\" href=\"https:\/\/itbusinesstoday.com\/ja\/industrial-tech\/manufacturing\/tdk-and-gelion-form-complete-collaboration-deal\/\" rel=\"bookmark\">TDK\u3068\u30b2\u30ea\u30aa\u30f3\u3001\u5b8c\u5168\u306a\u5354\u696d\u5951\u7d04\u3092\u7de0\u7d50<\/a><\/h4><p>The CX-5 is the first real result of this approach. Because Nippon Steel was involved from the start, Mazda could look at the whole supply chain differently while covering design, production, and procurement. Using Nippon Steel&rsquo;s NSafe&trade;-AutoConcept ECO3 concept together with Mazda&rsquo;s development and analysis tools, the CX-5&rsquo;s steel body is 10 percent lighter than the previous model, while keeping rigidity, safety, and driving performance intact.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mazda.com\/\" data-no-translation=\"\">Mazda Motor Corporation<\/a> \u305d\u3057\u3066 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nipponsteel.com\/\" data-no-translation=\"\">Nippon Steel Corporation<\/a> also worked together on steel selection and sourcing.
