In this program, participants learn how to identify business issues that have a significant impact on the business and develop improvement action plans using data through classroom learning. They then strengthen their practical skills by tackling actual business issues in workshops. This program systematizes BIPROGY&rsquo;s know-how based on the over 200 data utilization projects it has undertaken across various industries. The program is primarily aimed at business department personnel, such as sales and purchasing, and strengthens their skills in identifying business issues that have a significant impact on the business and developing action plans for using data to improve them.<\/p><p>This enables business departments to share on-site issues and improvement action plans with related departments, such as IT, and is expected to improve the success rate of data utilization projects. The training will be conducted online as a two-day group training session (maximum 30 participants) from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. This program teaches participants how to set and select data analysis themes and the methodology for translating set themes into an action plan. On the first day, lectures were held on understanding the definition of problem-solving, identifying problems, the process leading up to an analysis plan, and the concept of an analysis plan chart. On the second day, participants worked in groups to create solutions to business problems and verification plans using planning and data visualization methodologies.
