The service is now operational in the company&rsquo;s co-creation space, Serendie Street Yokohama.<\/p><p>Using its digital platform &ldquo;Serendie&reg;,&rdquo; Fujitsu is working to create new services and solutions across business domains to resolve increasingly complex social issues. However, securing resources such as time and human resources to achieve collaboration across business domains and areas of expertise has been an issue. Fujitsu therefore turned its attention to AI agents, which have been increasingly used in recent years, as a means to resolve this issue.<\/p><p>Our newly developed &ldquo;Interactive Multi-AI Agent Service&rdquo; instantly assembles expert AI agent teams in a variety of business scenarios, accelerating the speed of problem-solving and business creation through dialogue with multiple expert AI agents. By assembling optimal teams from multiple expert AI agents with specific roles, such as &ldquo;power business domain agent&rdquo; or &ldquo;factory automation business domain agent,&rdquo; registered in the library, users can engage in co-creation activities that require expertise in different business domains while receiving multifaceted suggestions. This eliminates resource challenges, such as time and human resources, that arise when collaborating across business domains and specialties. Furthermore, users can register diverse internal and external knowledge as expert AI agents as needed, enabling them to assemble teams with combinations that would otherwise be difficult to create.
