Our company’s mission is to “Make society smarter with technology,” and we are developing a cloud solutions business (SaaS and operation of our own products) and a digital transformation solutions business (development support and contract development through engineer dispatch). In our medium-term management plan formulated in 2023, we set “building a team of 100 engineers,” “utilizing an offshore development system,” and “expanding the digital transformation business” as key measures, and we have been promoting an aggressive M&A strategy to achieve these goals.<\/p>

Hybrid Technologies has a global engineering structure that includes a subsidiary in Vietnam, and through collaboration with group companies, has built a system that can consistently handle everything from upstream processes (including UI\/UX design) to implementation. The company is promoting growth based on three pillars: “expanding the development areas it supports in its existing businesses,” “expanding the solutions it provides,” and “expanding the markets it serves,” and we believe that this is highly compatible with our future business development.<\/p>
