While digital transformation of various back-office operations is progressing these days, automation and streamlining of document processing has been a major obstacle to digital transformation, as the content and format of documents vary widely and standard processing is not possible.To address this issue, transcosmos and AI inside have combined transcosmos’s specialized knowledge and expertise in business processes with AI inside’s cutting-edge AI technology to begin offering two solutions that efficiently process a variety of non-standard documents.<\/p>

AI inside to learn models specifically for forms, and “AnyData” allows AI to learn each form individually, making it possible to handle a wide variety of forms, including standard and non-standard, handwritten and complex layouts. We use two different solutions depending on the characteristics and difficulty of the documents, and proceed with the digitization of non-standard documents. In conjunction with this digitization, we review and streamline existing processes to optimize the entire business process.
