Tech Touch Co<\/a>., Ltd., which develops and provides the AI-based next-generation DAP “Tech Touch” and has the largest share of the domestic DAP market, is pleased to announce that TIS Inc. has signed a platform contract for “Tech Touch” and has decided to promote its use throughout the company. As the first step in this initiative, the company has completed the introduction of the system to the business management cloud “ServiceNow” operated by the company, and plans to gradually expand it to other systems, such as core systems, in the future.<\/p>

TIS has promoted business efficiency and internal information sharing by utilizing the business management cloud “ServiceNow” as an information infrastructure for workflow management of request applications and inquiries, as well as publishing and searching various guides and FAQs.
